These are the simple username & PIN/password credentials used by the FlutterFlow kiosk app at each dealership kiosk. Stored in Firestore — separate from Firebase Auth accounts.

Kiosk credentials are stored in the kioskLogins Firestore collection. Each record links to an account and department. The kiosk app reads these to allow staff to unlock the recording screen.

Create group admin account

Group admins sign in to the Group Owner Portal only. They cannot access individual dealership dashboards. After creating, assign them to a dealer group on the Dealer Groups tab.

Remove group admin?

This removes their group admin record. Their Firebase Auth login is not deleted — use the Passwords tab to send a reset if needed. They will lose group portal access immediately.

Create kiosk login

This creates credentials staff use to unlock the FlutterFlow kiosk recording app at a dealership. Stored in Firestore — not Firebase Auth.
